Position Overview:

LMA Striping & Sealcoating is seeking a dependable and experienced Hydro Blasting & Media Blasting Lead . This is a traveling position , with projects lasting up to 3 weeks at a time . The primary responsibility is to lead blasting operations to remove paint from parking stalls using hydro or media blasting equipment. Candidates must be skilled in at least one form of blasting , able to tow a gooseneck trailer , and perform layout and blueprint reading with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability .

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hydro blasting or media blasting (must be proficient in at least one) Experience pulling a gooseneck trailer (required) Must be willing and able to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required) Ability to read blueprints and perform layout work Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a small crew and work independently Solid knowledge of job site safety protocols and PPE Physically able to work outdoors in demanding conditions

Key Responsibilities:

Lead hydro/media blasting operations to remove painted lines from parking stalls Tow, load, and unload blasting equipment using a gooseneck trailer Read and follow blueprints and layout plans accurately Solve on-site challenges and maintain job flow Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Communicate effectively with crew, supervisors, and clients Represent LMA professionally while traveling for jobs
