Valid driver's license with a clean, unrestricted driving record. Fluency in reading blueprints and schematics; strong written/verbal follow‑through. Mechanical and electrical proficiency; broad boiler controls knowledge. Proven ability to troubleshoot and retrofit systems in the field, even without schematics. Physical & Environmental Realities Frequent stooping, climbing, bending, crawling, and standing for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs.; work in confined and elevated spaces. Operate within plant environments following required orientations and safety procedures; occasional short‑term unpleasant conditions; minimal exposure to hazardous situations.
