We are looking for experience in frame carpentry and a strong understanding of building structures. We are looking for someone with experience in framing but also needs to understand the concept of all rough in. If you have experience in additions, edu's or ground up construction I would love to chat! Construct and assemble wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs under our Formans supervision. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Perform masonry work as needed for structural support. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Qualifications Proven experience in frame carpentry or related construction fields. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Knowledge of masonry practices is a plus. Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods.
