Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all new construction, framing and finishing to both inside and outside buildings. Performs maintenance on existing buildings, barns, sheds, fences and other structures needing repair. Responsible for knowledge of State of Delaware, New Castle County building codes, permits, licensing, and inspection. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Five (5) years experience in carpentry and woodwork. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Experience with hand tools and carpentry power tools. Must be able to read and understand blue print reading. Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding. Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change. Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays. Powered by JazzHR
