is a growing trade show design, fabrication, and installation company with workshops in Orlando and Las Vegas. We produce 300+ custom trade show exhibits each year for clients across the United States. We are looking for an Experienced Carpenter / Exhibit Fabricator to join our Orlando production team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in precision woodworking, custom fabrication, and quality craftsmanship. What You'll Do Build and assemble custom trade show booths and exhibit components Fabricate custom walls, counters, cabinets, displays, and specialty structures Perform finish carpentry and cabinet assembly Work with MDF, plywood, laminates, hardwoods, bending plywood, and other exhibit materials Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, technical drawings, and cut lists Make accurate cuts and precise joints, including 45° miter joints Operate woodworking machinery and power tools Work closely with production and installation teams Prepare completed exhibits for shipping and show-site installation Occasionally travel to trade show sites for installation and dismantling Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Equipment & Technical Skills Experience with some or most of the following: Table saws Panel saws Beam saws Routers Jointers Planers CNC equipment Edge-banding machines Vacuum pump systems Laminate application Cabinet assembly Precision woodworking and joinery You do not need experience with every machine listed above. Strong overall woodworking, fabrication, and problem-solving skills are more important. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in carpentry, cabinetmaking, custom woodworking, millwork, or exhibit fabrication preferred Strong understanding of woodworking and fabrication techniques Ability to produce clean, accurate, professional-quality work Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, dimensions, and cut lists Strong attention to detail and precision Comfortable working independently and as part of a production team Reliable and able to meet production deadlines Experience with laminates and finish work is a plus Trade show / exhibit fabrication experience is strongly preferred CNC experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required Willingness to travel occasionally for trade show installations and dismantles Ability to work overtime and extended hours when project schedules require it What We Offer $31-$35+ per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities Travel, lodging, and applicable expenses covered for company-required show travel Full-time, long-term employment Opportunity to work on high-end custom exhibits and unique fabrication projects Professional and fast-paced production environment Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility Important Information Most of the work is performed in our Orlando workshop.
