Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, drywall installation, and finishing. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, restoring existing facilities, and ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Construct, install, repair, and finish structures using various hand tools and power tools, including framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and trim carpentry. Perform metal building erection and metal stud framing with precision and adherence to safety standards. Install concrete forms, rebar reinforcement, and assist with concrete finishing activities on construction sites. Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation or material handling while maintaining safety protocols. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools; perform dimensional measurements for framing and finishing tasks. Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret technical drawings and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. Conduct masonry work such as stucco application or bricklaying when required; assist with roofing or siding installations for exterior projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure all safety procedures are followed during operations involving heavy lifting or hazardous materials. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, trim work, or remodeling projects. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety practices in construction environments. Knowledge of metal building erection, concrete forming techniques including rebar installation and finishing processes. Experience in masonry work like stucco or bricklaying is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of construction plans and schematics related to siding, roofing, drywall systems, or restoration projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of carpentry work.
