Job Description

Road & Bridge Carpenter Performs skilled carpentry work on roadway, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects , including building, setting, and stripping concrete forms, bulkheads, falsework, and temporary structures. Reads plans and measurements, operates hand and power tools, handles materials, and works with construction crews to complete projects safely and efficiently. Must have road and bridge construction experience. Structural Engineer Provides structural engineering support for roadway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects , including structural analysis, design, calculations, inspections, plan review, and construction support. Works with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and engineering teams to ensure structures meet applicable design, safety, and construction standards. Must have road and bridge structural engineering experience.

Responsible for performing skilled carpentry work on road, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects. Builds, installs, and removes concrete forms, bulkheads, falsework, temporary structures, and other carpentry components used in roadway and bridge construction. Reads plans and measurements, operates hand and power tools, prepares and positions materials, and works closely with construction crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Must have road and bridge construction experience Experience with concrete forming, bridge construction, or heavy civil carpentry Ability to read and interpret construction plans and measurements Proficient with hand and power tools Experience building, setting, and stripping forms Ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor jobsite environments Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew Reliable transportation and dependable attendance OSHA or construction safety training preferred
Structural Engineer Position:
Structural Engineer Job Description:
Responsible for structural engineering activities supporting road, bridge, and heavy civil construction projects. Performs structural analysis, design, calculations, inspections, and technical evaluations for bridges, transportation structures, and related infrastructure. Reviews plans and specifications, evaluates structural conditions, supports field and construction teams, and works with project managers, contractors, and other engineering professionals to ensure projects meet applicable design, safety, and construction requirements.
Requirements:
Must have road and bridge structural engineering experience Professional experience with bridge and transportation structures Experience with structural analysis, design, calculations, and plan review Knowledge of applicable FDOT, AASHTO, and structural design standards Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents Experience supporting construction projects and field operations Strong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills Proficiency with applicable structural engineering software Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering required Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred or required based on position Ability to work effectively with contractors, inspectors, project managers, and engineering teams
