This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and restoration projects, utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on skills. As a key contributor, you will assist in building, remodeling, and restoring structures with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new techniques while maintaining a strong safety focus. Paid training and growth opportunities are available for those ready to develop their craft in a fast-paced environment. Pay depends on experience. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing, trim, siding, drywall, and other wood construction materials according to construction plans and technical drawings Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and other equipment safely and effectively Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for framing, siding installation, door hanging, fixture installation, and remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized worksite by properly handling materials such as wood products and construction debris Follow all safety protocols related to power tool operation, site safety procedures, and hazardous material handling Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in woodworking and carpentry projects Experience with residential carpentry including framing, trim work, drywall installation, and fixture mounting Familiarity with woodworking machines such as saws, planers, sanders, and other equipment Construction site experience with emphasis on safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting Skilled in installing doors, siding, stucco finishes, mold remediation procedures, and remodeling tasks Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality standards Join our team today if you are passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute to high-quality building projects!
