Job Description

Job Overview Minimum two (2) years experience. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter / Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from framing and trim carpentry to restoration and remodeling. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for executing carpentry tasks with precision, supporting construction operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of construction while contributing to impactful projects that transform spaces. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, cabinetry, siding, roofing, and other wood or metal structures using hand tools and power tools Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and hardware including caulking and fixture hanging Maintain a clean and safe construction site by adhering to safety protocols and handling materials responsibly Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively Strong knowledge of carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and woodworking Ability to perform roofing work, siding installation, flooring installation, tile laying, drywall finishing (plastering/stucco), and electrical or plumbing tasks as needed Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of the use of hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers; power tools including nail guns; scaffolding; and other fabrication equipment Prior construction site experience with an emphasis on quality workmanship in remodeling Strong communication skills for reading schematics and collaborating effectively on team projects Join us in building exceptional spaces!
