Overview We are seeking a skilled Framer/Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building erection, power tools, carpentry, and other related skills. If you are passionate about construction and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. We offer on-the-job training at the wage stated, but a higher wage may be offered if you are an experienced framer. Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and frames
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, metal, or concrete
• Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction sites
• Ensure all work is in accordance with safety standards and building codes
• Complete finish trim work, such as installing base, case, headers and hardware Experience
• Proven experience as a framer or in a similar role
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques including frame carpentry, drywall, concrete forming, and trim carpentry
