Full Job Description Commercial Door Lead Installer/Service Technician Pay:

$30 - $40 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do Install and service commercial doors, frames, and hardware — including hinges, closers, exit devices, and locking hardware — at customer job sites Lead and coordinate on-site installation work, keeping projects on schedule and up to spec Troubleshoot and repair existing door and hardware systems for service customers Read and work from blueprints, specs, and manufacturer instructions Represent One Source Products professionally in front of clients, contractors, and site supervisors Keep your company truck, tools, and materials organized and job-ready What You Bring 2+ years of experience in construction or a related industry, in a supervisory or lead role A valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be issued a company truck) Willingness to learn a new trade — door and hardware experience is a plus, not a requirement Reliability, strong communication, and pride in your work How to Apply Ready to build a career in a trade that's always in demand?
