This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. You will play a vital role in building, repairing, and restoring structures while ensuring safety and precision on every task. Paid positions are available for both experienced professionals and entry-level applicants ready to develop their skills in carpentry and construction. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Use hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines to cut, shape, assemble, and install various building materials Perform framing, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, siding, flooring, tile laying, and fixture installation with precision Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining proper lifting techniques to prevent injury Install doors, cabinets, moldings, trim carpentry elements, metal stud framing, and other fixtures according to specifications Conduct rebar installation, water damage restoration, mold remediation, masonry work, and other specialized tasks as needed Follow safety protocols including power tool safety practices; maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times Assist with remodeling projects and restoration industry tasks such as water damage repair or structural repairs Interpret construction plans accurately to ensure project specifications are met efficiently Support fabrication processes using CNC machines or other equipment when required Experience Proven construction site experience with knowledge of residential carpentry techniques Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture mounting is preferred Knowledge of metal stud framing, masonry work, rebar installation, plastering, siding application, and cabinetry installation is advantageous Experience in restoration projects such as water damage remediation or mold removal will be considered a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long workdays Prior handyman experience or working within the restoration industry enhances candidacy Understanding of construction estimating processes and working with construction plans is beneficial but not mandatory Join our team to build a rewarding career in the construction industry!
