Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures across various projects. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal on every site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects focus on strictly Residential Exterior Restorations. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures, rulers, and other tools to ensure accurate cuts and fits. Install Doors, windows, siding, trim, decking and railings, Gutter installation, and Framing skills a plus. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as framing, or demolition activities. Collaborate with project managers and team members to interpret construction plans and ensure timely project completion while maintaining safety protocols. Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor efficiently while following proper ergonomic practices. Skills Extensive experience in construction site environments with a solid understanding of safety procedures. Proficiency in reading blueprints is a plus. Skilled in using hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools for precise carpentry work. Knowledge of framing techniques including woodworking, framing and exterior finishes. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for framing and finishing tasks. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks. Strong understanding of construction management principles for coordinating tasks efficiently on-site. Ability to use basic phone applications. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
