Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to run point in various construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. As a key leader on our team, you will perform high-quality remodeling installations and ensure all aspects of construction work align with project specifications and timelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while advancing your career in the construction industry. Responsibilities Navigate and coordinate all related phases of remodeling projects. This includes demolition, rough-in, and finished carpentry Read and interpret kitchen/bath floor plans and drawings to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Manage construction site activities by utilizing hand tools, power tools, and ensuring proper use of safety protocols. Coordinate with the project manager to schedule deliveries of materials such as cabinets, tile, and paint supplies. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work site. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project progression. Requirements Proven experience in residential remodeling. Demonstrated ability to read floor plans accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on construction sites. Skilled in carpentry disciplines including framing carpentry and trim carpentry. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and exceptional craftsmanship!
