Job Overview Carpentry/tile/drywall We are seeking a motivated and skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, utilizing your carpentry expertise and hands-on skills. As a key member of our crew, you will contribute to building, restoring, and maintaining structures with precision and efficiency. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure project success from start to finish. This position is paid and ideal for individuals eager to develop their craft in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and effectively Frame walls, install siding, doors, windows, cabinets, and fixtures according to specifications Perform residential carpentry tasks such as trim work, flooring installation, drywall finishing, and plastering Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, water damage restoration, and mold remediation as needed Use construction estimating skills to assist with project planning and material procurement Conduct heavy lifting and assembly tasks while adhering to safety protocols for power tool safety and construction site standards Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential carpentry or remodeling projects Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately Familiarity with wood construction materials including siding, framing lumber, drywall, and trim components Hands-on experience with woodworking tools, metal stud framing, fixture installation, caulking, stucco application, and flooring installation Knowledge of restoration industry practices such as water damage repair and mold remediation is a plus Ability to operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently in a construction environment Prior experience in construction estimating or working from detailed construction plans is advantageous Join us to build quality structures while advancing your skills in a vibrant team environment! Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
