Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Laborer/Carpenter/Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities Assist in constructing formwork and setting up concrete forms according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install rebar, formwork, drywall, stucco, and other building materials Pour concrete using mixers and pumps, ensuring proper consistency and placement for optimal finish quality Install rebar reinforcement in concrete structures following blueprint specifications and safety protocols Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and applying finishing techniques such as troweling or stamping Follow all construction safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and team members Perform heavy lifting tasks and assist with demolition or renovation activities as needed Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately to execute project requirements precisely Use various hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks like cutting, drilling, caulking, plastering, drywall installation, and formwork construction Support the installation of heavy components such as concrete pumping lines or structural elements in accordance with project plans Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with familiarity in concrete finishing, carpentry, or general labor roles Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is essential Ability to operate concrete mixers, pumps, cutting tools, power drills, and other relevant equipment safely Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices is mandatory Prior involvement in heavy lifting tasks or working with rebar installation enhances suitability for this role Experience with renovation projects or working on diverse construction environments is highly valued Join us if you're eager to build your career in the construction industry!
