Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling Lombardozzi Construction LLC | Media, PA Full-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience We're Looking for a Lead Carpenter Who Can Build, Lead & Get the Job Done Lombardozzi Construction is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-quality kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, and whole-home renovations. Our projects range from smaller renovations to large-scale remodels, and we're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who can take ownership of a project from start to finish. This is a hands-on working position. We're looking for someone who can lead a crew while working alongside them—not someone who simply wants to supervise. What You'll Do Lead a crew and keep projects moving Work hands-on with framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general remodeling Read and understand plans and drawings Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and homeowners Solve problems and make decisions in the field Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Ensure work is completed to a high standard Help train and mentor less experienced carpenters Take projects from the beginning through completion and punch list What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential remodeling/carpentry experience Strong framing and finish carpentry skills Experience leading crews and completing projects Ability to read plans and work independently Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, organized, and professional Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic carpentry hand tools Why Join Lombardozzi Construction?
