Job Overview Location:
Nationwide (Travel Required), Factory (Northumberland, PA) Are you in the construction field and looking for a new challenge? Join Resilite's team as a Lead Wall Pad Installer, where your skills will take you to job sites most weeks — primarily throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with occasional trips further afield — installing top-quality wall mats and performing mat repairs in various settings. This position demands a strong work ethic, great customer service, flexibility, and a willingness to tackle different tasks, including factory work when installations are not scheduled. If you are skilled with power tools, precise in measurements, and capable of lifting 50-70 lbs, this role could be the perfect fit for you. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Extensive Travel:
Be on the road most weeks installing wall mats and performing mat repairs, primarily throughoutthe Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, with occasional trips further afield. Return home on weekends.
Wall Mat Installation & Repair:
Install wall mats and complete on-site mat repairs, adapting to different construction environments and schedules.
Home Weekends:
Travel during the work week with the expectation of returning home on weekends.
Flexible Work Schedule:
Be prepared for varying work hours, including extended days when necessary, to meet project demands.
Power Tool Proficiency:
Use various power tools safely and efficiently during installations and repairs.
Precision Measurement:
Accurately measure and cut materials for a perfect fit every time.
Physical Strength:
Regularly lift and handle materials weighing 50-70 lbs.
Factory Duties:
Support production tasks in the factory when installation projects are not active.
High-Quality Work:
Maintain superior craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation and repair.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with power tools and installation work. Strong measuring and cutting abilities. Physical ability to consistently lift and carry 50-70 lbs. Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results. Willingness to be on the road most weeks, with home time on weekends. Flexibility to adapt to various construction environments and tasks. Clean record.
