Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a drywall installer, framing carpenter, and general contractor/handyman plumber. This dynamic role involves executing a wide range of construction tasks, including drywall installation, metal stud framing, carpentry, plumbing, and restoration work. Duties Install drywall panels accurately according to construction plans and schematics, ensuring smooth finishes through mudding, taping, texturing, and repair work Construct metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, and partitions following blueprints and technical drawings Perform carpentry tasks such as door hanging, trim installation, framing, and masonry work with precision and efficiency Execute plumbing installations and repairs, including fixture setup, pipe fitting, water damage restoration, and troubleshooting plumbing issues in compliance with safety protocols Apply caulking, stucco finishes, and painting techniques—including airless paint spraying—to achieve high-quality surface finishes Read blueprints and schematics to interpret technical drawings for accurate project execution Adhere strictly to construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all team members and clients Assist with remodeling projects by installing flooring, tiles, fixtures, or performing restoration industry tasks such as mold remediation and water damage repair Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks while maintaining equipment safety standards Experience Proven experience in drywall installation, drywall mudding, taping, texturing, and repair work within commercial or residential settings Demonstrated background in framing carpentry including metal stud framing and traditional wood framing techniques Hands-on experience with plumbing systems—installation, repairs, troubleshooting—and familiarity with construction plumbing codes Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings or schematics for project planning Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and best practices for working safely on diverse job sites Prior involvement in restoration projects such as mold remediation or water damage restoration is a plus Versatile handyman experience covering general repairs like fixture installation, door hanging, painting (including airless spraying), flooring installation or masonry work is highly desirable Bring your family live on the land for free in your own rv or whatever you prefer odd jobs as payment for your work , Easy no rush jobs , No sex offenders, Join us if you're eager to apply your broad construction expertise in a lively environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
