We are seeking someone with 5+ years of hands-on construction experience who can confidently handle a wide variety of finish, repair, and installation work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced "all-around" carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well independently, and is also a strong team member.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

•$25.00-$32.00 per hour (

•starting wage based on experience and qualifications) PTO after 90 days Paid holidays after 90 days Vehicle allowance Fuel & expense card provided

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a variety of finish carpentry and general construction tasks Install, repair, and modify cabinets and cabinet components Perform flooring installation, repairs, and transitions Complete drywall/sheetrock repairs, patching, and finishing Perform interior and exterior painting and touch-up work Complete trim, baseboard, casing, molding, and other finish work Perform door, hardware, and other finish-related installations and repairs Repair and replace damaged construction materials and finishes Complete punch-list items and warranty/repair work Read and understand plans, measurements, and project instructions Identify problems and determine the appropriate method to complete repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Protect customers' homes and belongings while working Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, subcontractors, and customers Work independently with minimal supervision Work effectively as part of a team when projects require multiple employees Maintain company standards for workmanship, cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform other construction and repair duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of professional construction/carpentry experience preferred Strong experience with finish work and residential construction Skilled in multiple areas of construction and home improvement Experience with: Finish carpentry Flooring Painting Drywall/sheetrock repair and finishing Cabinet installation and repair Trim and molding Doors and hardware General residential repairs Able to accurately measure, cut, install, and finish materials Able to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently Works well with others and contributes positively to a team Must have a reliable personal vehicle Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have your own basic hand and power tools necessary to perform the work Must be dependable and punctual Must take pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail Must be comfortable working in customers' homes Must present a clean, professional appearance Must have good communication and customer-service skills Must be able to maintain a clean and organized job site Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required Must be willing and able to perform a variety of tasks rather than being limited to one specific trade
