In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks. Your expertise will ensure that building interiors, mechanical systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and other facilities components are functioning smoothly and safely. Responsibilities Perform carpentry work including repairs, installations, and remodeling of interior spaces using hand tools and power tools. Conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting electrical equipment, repairing wiring, and reading schematics. Handle plumbing tasks including maintenance, repairs, and system troubleshooting using appropriate tools like ohmmeters. Conduct general facilities maintenance including painting, drywall repair, fixture installation, and building interior upkeep. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a high level of quality. Qualifications Proven experience in handyman services, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, or related fields. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects and working at heights or confined spaces when necessary.

Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
