Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead to oversee and coordinate construction projects with a focus on residential remodeling, framing, trim carpentry, windows, doors and tile. As a key leader on the job site, you will manage teams, ensure safety compliance, interpret technical drawings, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship across diverse construction tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, develop your team's skills, and contribute to the successful completion of a home remodel. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about advancing their construction management expertise. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction crews in residential remodeling Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of project specifications. Coordinate daily operations on-site, including resource allocation, and quality control to meet project deadlines. Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery while maintaining proper handling and safety standards. Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to verify accuracy in framing, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing. Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve technical issues related to concrete forming, restoration, remodeling, or other specialized tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in carpentry with a strong background in residential remodeling Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints with proficiency in reading construction plans. Hands-on experience in carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), and working with power tools Knowledge of heavy lifting procedures and dimensional measurements essential for accurate framing and structural work. Familiarity with safety standards related to construction site operations and the use of hand tools and power equipment. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance.
