Must have prior experience in advanced framing and detailed finish carpentry. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide your work. Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, siding, and perform drywall/paint tasks with precision. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Basic qualifications Proven experience in construction and remodeling. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and efficiently. Preferred qualifications Proficiency in woodworking, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
