We're looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in transforming homes and delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. We're searching for an experienced Lead Remodel Carpenter to help us continue that tradition. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish. Complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior remodeling projects. Install cabinets, trim, doors, windows, flooring, and finish carpentry. Coordinate daily work with our project coordinator and office team. Mentor apprentices and less experienced carpenters. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite. Deliver a five-star customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
5+ years of residential remodeling experience preferred. Strong rough and finish carpentry skills. Experience leading residential remodeling projects. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience with kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling. Experience supervising apprentices or other carpenters. Knowledge of residential building codes. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification (preferred, not required). We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects, communicates professionally with homeowners, and leaves every customer saying, "I'd recommend Oak Creek Plumbing & Remodeling to my friends and family."
