Requirements Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for dismantling structures. Knowledge of building materials including drywall, stucco, glass, cabinetry, and trim carpentry components. Ability to understand drawings and construction plans accurately. Additional skills such as plumbing, electrical experience, or knowledge of building material installation are a plus.
