Job Overview ASB Construction is seeking a skilled Master Carpenter to join our team. This role is for an experienced professional who can work independently, lead small crews when needed, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship on residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Perform advanced framing, finish carpentry, and structural modifications Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures Complete custom trim, cabinetry, and detailed finish work Lead or mentor junior carpenters and apprentices as needed Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites Verify measurements, layouts, and material quantities Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition Follow all safety procedures and building codes Ensure quality workmanship and clean job sites Qualifications 10-15+ years carpentry or construction experience preferred Experience in residential and commercial construction a plus Ability to work independently and solve field issues Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Leadership or crew-lead experience preferred High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Commitment to safety and quality standards Why Join ASB Construction?
