We believe every Pack Walk is an opportunity to build trust, provide clear guidance, strengthen our connection with each dog, and provide the mental and physical fulfillment that every dog deserves. We're looking for someone who enjoys working and walking with dogs, wants to expand their understanding of canine behavior, and is excited to grow with a small business that values meaningful relationships with both dogs and their owners. Position Overview We're looking for a responsible, patient, and detail-oriented Pack Leader to safely lead daily Pack Walks throughout the Encino and Lake Balboa area, including twice-weekly pickups in Century City. (You can be located in the Westside of LA). Pick-Up Pack members between 7:30-8:30AM. Pack walk from 9-10/10:30AM Drop-Off is between 10:30-11:30AM. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and is excited to build lasting relationships with a Pack of dogs while continuing to grow their understanding of canine behavior, communication, and Pack leadership. Responsibilities Safely transport dogs using the PackVida van. Be responsible for the care, cleanliness, and daily operation of the PackVida van. Pick up and Drop Off dogs on schedule. Lead structured Pack Walks while providing calm, confident leadership for the dogs in your care. Read and understand dog body language while maintaining balanced group dynamics throughout each Pack Walk. Clean and maintain the PackVida van, walking equipment, and any supplies used throughout the day. Communicate openly and professionally with clients and the PackVida team. Follow PackVida's handling methods and handling philosophy. Prioritize the safety and well-being of every dog while representing PackVida with professionalism and care. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Responsible and dependable. Patient and calm under pressure. Detail-oriented and organized. Comfortable driving a cargo van. Passionate about learning more about dog behavior and Pack leadership. Professional, kind, and respectful with both dogs and clients. Interested in growing with PackVida for the long term (3+ years preferred). Requirements Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Comfortable driving a cargo van. Comfortable handling multiple dogs with calm confidence. Able to lift at least 50 pounds when needed. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to safely store and care for the PackVida van while it is in your possession. Ability to pass a background check. What We Offer Company van provided during work hours and trusted in your care.
