Fort Smith, AR Sirron Company is hiring an experienced Concrete Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships across the River Valley. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction industry and can confidently bid jobs, quote pricing, and close sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and other concrete customers Prepare and submit competitive bids and price quotes for concrete jobs Read and interpret project plans/specs to accurately scope material needs Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads Coordinate with dispatch/production to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time Track market pricing and competitor activity

Requirements:

Proven experience in concrete or building materials sales Background in construction (commercial, residential, or civil) required Demonstrated ability to bid jobs and quote prices accurately Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid driver's license; ability to visit job sites as needed
