Concrete Production Laborer / General Plant Laborer Signature Stone Greeley, Colorado Signature Stone is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team at our concrete manufacturing facility in Greeley. This is a hands-on position working in a production environment manufacturing precast concrete products including stone veneer, concrete fencing, retaining wall products, stair treads, and other concrete products. Previous concrete or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable with physical work.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining concrete molds Pouring, finishing, stripping, and handling concrete products Assisting with production throughout the plant Loading, stacking, organizing, and moving materials and finished products Cleaning and maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment Assisting in different production areas as needed Following production procedures and quality standards Following all company safety policies and procedures Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and arrives to work on time Is willing to learn and take direction Works well as part of a team Is comfortable working in a physical production environment Can safely lift and move materials throughout the workday Is comfortable standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods Can work indoors and outdoors depending on production needs Takes safety and quality seriously Has flexibility with work schedules as production needs change Is able to comply with Signature Stone's drug-free workplace policies and required drug testing Previous experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, production, landscaping, warehouse work, or a similar labor position is a plus, but not required. Forklift or equipment experience is also helpful, but not required. Schedule Full-time Our production schedule is currently being expanded and restructured, so candidates should have flexibility with scheduling.

Schedules may include:

Monday through Saturday Earlier or later shifts depending on production needs Overtime as production demands require Specific shift schedules will be discussed during the hiring process. Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour Starting pay may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications.
