We are a Glastonbury, Connecticut based commercial and industrial epoxy flooring installation company who also specializes in Epoxy and polished concrete flooring. We are in need of full time Experienced Epoxy Flooring and Polished Concrete Installers to help us keep up with our ever growing schedule of General Construction work and commercial and industrial job settings. Everlast Industrial Flooring is contracted by many reputable general construction companies and Town Authorities to complete State Funded Prevailing Wage Jobs. These pay $67/hr! We are hiring reliable, hard working employees with specific work experience in one or more of the following: This position is only open to experienced installers!

• Installing epoxy flooring in General Construction and/or commercial/industrial settings
• Installing polished concrete in General Construction/ commercial/industrial settings
• Experience professionally working on commercial epoxy flooring and polished concrete jobs.

Responsibilities:

The ability to polish edges with 5" & 7" grinders / polishers. Operate and maintain various concrete polishing machinery, including grinders, dust extractors, and burnishers, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Knowledge of installation of various epoxy flooring systems from start to finish. Ability to build and install integral cove base and perform epoxy repairs to various floor types. Construction experience and basic mechanical knowledge. Have reliable transportation. Possess a positive, professional attitude when working with customers and crew. Able to perform physical work and lifting over 50 lbs. Professional, reliable and able to show up on time

• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
