Job Summary The focus in this role is to exceed the customer and company requirements for Customer Service, Quality, and Efficiency while managing and overseeing the activities of the Customer Service and Dispatch functions with respect to scheduling delivery to meet customer demands and optimize capabilities. Responsibilities Order scheduling : Take customer orders, input mix designs, and plan delivery intervals. Fleet coordination : Manage truck utilization and map efficient routes. Real-time communication : Talk with drivers, plant managers, and contractors via phone to resolve delays. Compliance monitoring : Track driver hours to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) safety rules. Problem solving : Handle on-the-fly changes like weather disruptions, canceled pours, or truck breakdowns.

Requirements Qualifications & Skills Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience :

Prior dispatch, logistics, customer service, data entry, or construction industry experience. Technical skills : Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS mapping tools, accurate record keeping, time management, great organizational skills and data entry. Soft skills : Strong multitasking, clear verbal communication, self-motivation and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Applicants must have the ability to work long hours, weekends and different schedules.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
