Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Coatings Installer to join our team. Colossus Coatings is a local, family owned business specializing in epoxy/polyaspartic concrete coatings. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete coatings, including finishing, installation, and maintenance. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality results on all projects. It is required to be able to drive a truck and pull a trailer. Responsibilities Prepare and clean job sites before pouring epoxy/polyaspartic coatings. Mix, pour, and spread coatings according to specifications. Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes. Perform (as needed) heavy lifting tasks associated with moving materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proficient in concrete finishing techniques. Experience with flooring is a plus. Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks (up to 50 pounds). Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment.
