Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Concrete Form labor for an immediate hire in Naples, FL Long-term project with overtime available!

Pay:

$18.00-$22.00/hour (based on experience)

Hours:

7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday; approximately 40-48 hours per week

12+months Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble wood, plywood, or metal panels to create molds for foundations, slabs, beams, and walls. Position forms accurately according to blueprints and secure them with stakes, braces, and clamps so they do not shift during a pour. Place rebar, wire mesh, or steel rods inside the forms to give the final concrete structure extra strength. Help guide, spread, and vibrate wet concrete into the forms to eliminate air pockets. Dismantle and clean the forms after the concrete cures so the materials can be reused on future projects. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Load/unload material as needed. Qualifications Previous commercial concrete form laborer experience required. Ability to read grades and build forms to specification. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
