The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, formwork, rebar installation, and the operation of power tools and heavy equipment. This role is essential in transforming construction plans into durable, aesthetically pleasing concrete surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
