Concrete Foreman Location:

Cicero, IL Non-Union position-- Will pay prevailing wages if coming from Union We are looking for an experienced working Foreman who can supervise, project manage, and work in the field with duties ranging from, but not limited to: Read blueprints and craft proposals for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Estimation of projects Operate bobcat and excavator Knowledge of concrete framing, excavation, and pouring flatwork, foundations, walls, and steps. Be a crew leader on a jobsite from start to finish and oversee multiple projects at a time. Knowledge of safety in manufacturing and chemical plants The ability to do daily paperwork to record time and materials of jobs.

A successful candidate must:

Have a valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean driving record HS diploma or GED equivalent Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Excellent communication skills with employees and customers Must possess strong organizational skills Have experience leading a construction crew with 3-5 years in the industry. Be able to write, read, speak and understand English fluently Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to work in all weather conditions Be available to plow snow in the winter Be able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
