Earthwork, Concrete, Civil
Lusby, MD will be responsible for: Managing earthwork, site development, concrete, and civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful project execution Coordinating field operations with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Preparing and managing contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Tracking project costs, productivity, and financial performance to ensure projects remain on budget Leading project meetings and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify risks and opportunities Managing procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services Ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations Evaluating and resolving project issues, delays, and scope changes in a proactive manner Reviewing and approving subcontractor invoices, pay applications, and project billing Preparing monthly cost reports, progress updates, and project forecasts for leadership Supporting estimating and preconstruction efforts on future projects as needed Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and local agencies Driving projects to successful completion while meeting schedule, quality, safety, and profitability goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
