Grandville, MI Permanent/Full Time, Shift:

10:00 am to work completion Monday - Friday Perform concrete wet finish work necessary to assist with the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products. Salary Range:

$21-$26/hour Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily wet finishing operations for precast concrete components. Ensure surfaces are finished to required smoothness, texture, and quality specifications. Inspect and verify quality of finished products, addressing defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with Production Supervisors to meet production schedules and prioritize workflow. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals. Requirements Must be able to work in all weather conditions with little to no climate control and regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, vibrations, varying lighting conditions, stairs, and narrow walkways. Requires the ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk, climb, bend, reach, use hand tools with force, maintain spatial awareness and depth perception, and communicate effectively in a busy industrial environment.
