Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in carpentry, concrete work, and operating construction equipment. This position involves working on a variety of commercial construction projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, repairs, and general construction. Prepare, pour, finish, and cure concrete for foundations, sidewalks, slabs, and other structures. Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, loaders, forklifts, and other machinery as assigned. Measure, cut, and assemble construction materials accurately. Perform excavation, grading, and site preparation. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies. Work effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule. Experience Experience in carpentry, concrete construction, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to safely operate construction machinery. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and use hand and power tools. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:
