Job Overview Non-Union Company searching for the right "Concrete Guy" that will work alongside the owner and take over the Concrete Division at the right time. We are a Commercial/Residential Concrete, Facility Maintenance and Snow Removal company that services the entire St. Louis Metropolitan Area for well over 28 years. We have a well-established workforce, competitive wages, and benefits package. Duties This person must be a proven leader that has the required experience to oversee the concrete crew(s) by: Scheduling, Planning and Setting up Jobs Directing Workers Ability to make good quick decisions to keep the job moving forward Physically working with the crews Concrete Finishing Skills Train workers to be very efficient while maintaining an important level of quality Effective communication skills with the owner, workers, and customers Completing projects on time and within the job's projected material and labor costs Maintaining concrete division vehicles, equipment, and tools for an efficient operation Once this person has made their impact in the concrete division, it will allow the owner (Matt) to concentrate his efforts on overlooking and growing the sales in all three (3) divisions. Salary starting but not limited to $35 per hour. It will be based on experience & knowledge.
