RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, as Concrete Journeyman, you may perform any combination of tasks to assist on the construction site. This position performs a wide variety of duties and tasks that often require assisting other tradespeople, including laborers and carpenters.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Setting up the forms for edge of slab, sidewalks or walls.\nBuilding forms\nPouring concrete raking to proper grade.\nGrading and prepping subgrade\nSpreading and smoothing concrete.\nTooling expansion joints and edges.\nUsing stains or colors to add the finishing touch.\nAdding small stones or other materials for decoration.\nApplying waterproofing and sealant to protect the concrete work.\nInstall wire welded fabric or re-enforcing bar Ability to operate a skid loader\nUnderstand use of a laser level
