Our employees are proud to be a part of our history and commitment to quality. We are seeking a hands-on Plant Foreman at our new Wetcast Concrete facility in Springdale, PA. The Plant Foreman will lead a team of 4-10 employees in the filling and demolding of Magnumstone molds. You will help establish and run the new facility by replicating the processes of our existing facility, with the support from the Springdale General Manager and his team. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of 4-10 employees Oversee daily production, quality, maintenance, and safety Able to work hands-on in the plant, including operating production equipment, forklifts, and performing general plant work Troubleshoot and repair production equipment Monitor production, equipment, and quality to keep the plant running efficiently Manage schedules, overtime, timecards, and employee performance Train employees and help with hiring and onboarding Identify ways to improve production and reduce downtime and costs Report directly to the General Manager Qualifications Must be willing and able to perform hands-on production work High school diploma or equivalent experience required Valid driver's license required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to make decisions independently and respond quickly to production issues Concrete experience highly preferred Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Training Initial training will take place at our Wampum, PA facility to learn our processes, equipment, and quality standards After training, the position will be based in Springdale, PA R. I. Lampus Company will assist with eligible gas and toll expenses during training

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
