ASPHALT / CONCRETE

ESTIMATOR

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Asphalt & Concrete Estimator to join our team. This is NOT a desk job . We want someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, visiting job sites, taking measurements, evaluating site conditions, talking with customers and crews, and gathering the information needed to put together accurate and competitive estimates.

What You'll Do:

Visit job sites and perform field measurements Evaluate asphalt and concrete projects and site conditions Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews Identify project scope, materials, labor, and equipment needs Spend significant time in the field and on active job sites

What We're Looking For:

Experience estimating asphalt, concrete, paving, or related construction projects Strong understanding of materials, labor, equipment, and production Ability to read plans and understand project specifications Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Comfortable working outdoors and visiting construction sites Valid driver's license and reliable transportation or possibly company vehicle
