Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Traveling Superintendent to lead and support multiple structural concrete projects across various job sites. This role is responsible for ensuring all work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while developing field leaders and driving performance across teams. Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple structural concrete projects simultaneously
• Participate in preconstruction planning and project kickoff meetings
• Direct, mentor, and support field supervision teams and foremen
• Plan construction sequencing, manpower, equipment, and material needs
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards
• Conduct QC inspections and verify compliance with plans and specs
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively
• Ensure crews are working from current and accurate project documents
• Develop foremen into future superintendents
• Champion and enforce company safety culture across all job sites Qualifications
• 8+ years of structural concrete construction experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role (Project Engineer, Foreman, or Superintendent)
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete including foundations, formwork, rebar, embeds, and placement
• Understanding of concrete mix designs, curing methods, and weather considerations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with scheduling, labor productivity, and cost control
• Familiarity with construction layout and surveying practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience preferred Additional Details
