Seeking full-time Concrete Labor Production candidates for immediate hire in Victoria, TX. Texas local owned and operated. Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or until job is finished, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Saturday. Concrete precast plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of production duties including but not limited to setting up forms, removing excess concrete and cleaning forms in a safe and productive manner. This will be the production of concrete tanks and precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. This position is not an assembly-line style manufacturing. Constructs precast forms/molds daily Places concrete into the forms; consolidates concrete in accordance with the mix design. Finishes concrete with various floats and other concrete tools. Assembly and tying of rebar cages and mesh cages. Follows all company standard operational procedures, quality policies, company and safety policies. Must have reliable transportation. Bi-Lingual is a plus The ability to stand/bend/stretch/reach/kneel/crawl, etc. The ability to lift 50lbs Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time throughout work shift.
