Superior Skilled Trades is hiring experienced Concrete Laborers and Concrete Finishers for projects based out of Sheboygan and Oostburg, WI.
Work includes commercial, industrial, and agricultural concrete projects at various jobsites throughout the surrounding area. Candidates must be willing to travel up to approximately 1 hour to different jobsites.
PAY
•BASED
ON EXPERIENCE
Concrete Laborers:
$28
•32/HR
Hand Finishers:
$35
•36/HR
Walk-Behind Power Trowel Finishers:
$38
•42/HR
JOB DETAILS
Locations:
Sheboygan & Oostburg, WI
Job Sites:
Various locations within approximately 1 hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM or later as needed
Saturdays:
As required
Job Type:
Temp-to-Perm / Long-Term
Transportation:
Reliable transportation required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Form, place, pour, and finish concrete
Perform site preparation and material handling
Assist with reinforcement installation and concrete placement
Finish concrete by hand or operate power trowels, depending on experience
Support concrete crews with daily production
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
Follow project specifications and safety requirements
Travel to different jobsites as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of commercial, industrial, or agricultural concrete experience
Hands-on concrete experience required
Experience with flatwork, foundations, or wall systems preferred
Basic concrete hand tools required
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel approximately 1 hour to various jobsites
Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
Must pass a background check
PPE required: Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, Gloves & Work Boots
