Concrete Laborer - Concrete Manufacturing Martinsburg, WV 25405 Competitive Pay + Benefits Full-Time | Overtime Available Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm $19/hour Join a Growing Precast Concrete Team A leading manufacturer in the construction materials industry is seeking dependable Concrete Laborers to join its precast concrete production team in Martinsburg, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience who are looking for stable employment, career growth, and comprehensive benefits. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and contributing to products used in infrastructure and construction projects, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist in the production of precast concrete products from setup through shipment Prepare molds and forms by cleaning, assembling, and applying release agents Place reinforcing materials including rebar, wire mesh, and embedded components according to specifications Support concrete pouring, leveling, and finishing operations Assist with curing processes and remove finished products from molds Perform basic concrete finishing, patching, smoothing, and product marking Cut, bend, and tie rebar and wire as required Move materials and finished products within the production area Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed Basic math and measurement skills Ability to read and follow simple drawings and instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Previous manufacturing, construction, precast, concrete, or industrial experience preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Vacation 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Life and Disability Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program Performance-Based Bonus Opportunities Career Advancement and Training Programs Employee Wellness/Lifestyle Benefits Why Apply?
