$1,000 per completed install We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Bathroom Installer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee bathroom installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that each job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise in plumbing, fixture installation, and construction management will drive successful project completion while providing exceptional service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about remodeling and building material installation to make a tangible impact on residential and commercial spaces. Duties Lead and coordinate bathroom installation projects, including plumbing, tile laying, fixture setup, and flooring installation Interpret technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure precise execution of remodeling projects Supervise and mentor team members, assigning tasks effectively to meet project deadlines Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and building codes Manage the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and efficiently on-site Oversee the measurement of dimensions using tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate material placement Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on remodeling options and material choices Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered during installation processes Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on bathroom or remodeling projects Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical experience is a plus for integrated installations Hands-on experience with plastering, caulking, and flooring techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, ladders safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Familiarity with construction inspection procedures and following blueprint specifications accurately Knowledge of construction management principles to oversee multiple projects simultaneously Join us as a Lead Bathroom Installer if you're eager to lead innovative remodeling projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
