We're looking for a seasoned Foreman to be the driving force on-site, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. The Foreman will be responsible for effectively leading and managing the carpentry team, operating as a key link between field operations and project management, and oversee schedule and logistics planning. The ideal candidate will lead by example, cultivating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
You're not just running a job site — you're shaping the outcome. As Foreman, you'll be the keystone between design, management, subcontractors, and craftsmen. You'll drive the daily rhythm of the build, keep timelines tight, uphold exceptional quality, and make sure the jobsite reflects the excellence our clients expect. The Foreman recognizes that successful field leadership requires not only strong construction knowledge and craftsmanship, but also the ability to communicate effectively, build trust, navigate different personalities, and bring out the best in the people they lead. Leading on-site operations from initial mobilization to final punch list Coordinating trades, managing workflow, and ensuring clear communication between field and office Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings Ensuring jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times Problem-solving in real time with a calm, solutions-driven approach Guiding and mentoring carpenters, apprentices, and laborers with clarity and respect Communicating effectively with clients, designers, and consultants when required What You Bring 5+ years in residential construction with supervisory experience Experience building high-end custom homes. Must possess a high level of carpentry knowledge and skill in residential construction. Regularly performs skilled carpentry work and is expected to contribute directly to the completion of project work in addition to supervisory responsibilities. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficient in project management software
OSHA 10, OSHA 30
preferred Fluency in blueprint and plan interpretation with a strong grasp of construction detailing and sequencing High level of layouts/installation of advanced assembly Capable of leading and managing on-site carpentry teams, ensuring high-quality execution Ability to lift 40+ lbs. independently, stand, bend, climb, climb ladders, crouch, walk roof surfaces, navigate uneven surfaces, work at heights, use power tools and saws, operate machinery if licensed to do so, and work in various weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move items over 70 lbs. safely with assistance (using another person or mechanical aid). Must be able to perform physical tasks related to carpentry and jobsite setup/support. First Aid/CPR Manlift/Telehandler Cert A plus if you are bilingual (English and Spanish) or possess additional construction certifications (i.e., Phius Certified Builder, Crucial Conversations Training).
