This role oversees daily operations in the field while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Service's quality standards. Essential Job Functions Lead crews to perform tasks safely while delivering superior service quality Perform and oversee hardscape and softscape installation and improvements Operate skid steer and mini excavator as needed Drive company truck with trailer and perform daily vehicle inspections Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure timely completion of all jobs Verify and submit crew timesheets to meet weekly payroll deadlines Requirements Valid Driver's License and ability to meet Premier Service's driver eligibility and insurability guidelines Working knowledge of softscape and hardscape grading, drainage, and planting installation Irrigation and lighting experience a plus Previous experience leading small crews as a working Foreman.
