Responsibilities Manage and execute residential remodeling projects, including kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to ensure precise execution. Perform a wide range of construction tasks such as drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, framing, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete various construction phases. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, lighting fixtures, and plumbing components with precision. Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule work phases, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in residential remodeling or home improvement projects. Hands-on expertise with carpentry—including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, door hanging—and building finishing techniques. Skilled in electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, stucco application, caulking, plastering, and painting. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution. Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to assess project costs accurately. Prior experience with Bluebeam software or similar digital collaboration tools is a plus.
